like I wrote in the last e-mail, (earlier today).
I want you to escalate this to a superior.
I don't want you to patronise me, and tell me to change a password, on my personal e-mail-account.
You should just focus on serving me, (since I'm the customer here), I think.
You write, (in the email I replied to earlier today), that my account with you has been confirmed.
That's bullsh*t, I'd say.
I want a superior to look at this.
And I want to know the name of the troll who has registered an account with you, in my name.
And I want to know which better routines, that you're going to start with, so that this doesn't happen again, to other citizens/people.
