Hi,

I've earlier been in contact with Play Asia Customer Service Manager Maria Kathleen Mateo about this case.

So I think you should let that manager reply.

I now have like ten different case-workers with you.

So your company is very poorly organised, it seems.

This I have to complain about.

Erik Ribsskog

PS.

Also, I don't like that you use my first-name like that in the salutation.

That's a bit clammy/too personal, I think.

What's wrong with just: 'Hi'.

Dear Erik,

I am sorry to hear that you have been a victim of fraudulent purchasing.

As I checked, no orders were successfully processed and your Playasia

account has already been de-activated and blocked. We are sorry to say that

we are unable to disclose any information regarding the account and orders

due to security reasons. In this case, we suggest changing all the

passwords on all of your accounts to avoid this from happening in the

future. I hope this helps.

Best regards,

Jacob Bernales

Hi,

this is not an account that I have set up.

The trolls have set it up.

I don't want to have a Play Asia-account.

You should sort with your customer-register.

And I want to know the name of the troll, who has ordered stuff, in my

name.

And I want to know, which better routines, that you're going to start

with,

so that this doesn't happen again, to other people/citizens.
