Hi,
you have earlier replied to me about this case.
Some idiots have registered an account in my name with you.
I want to know the name of the troll that has done this.
And I want to know what you're going to do, to stop this from happening again, to other people.
And I have to complain about that you haven't cleaned up your customer-register.
I still get newsletters etc., from Play Asia, even if I've never registered an account with you.
It seems that it's chaos with you, because you've put about ten different case-workers on this.
It's like you don't even try.
Even if you should do your best, I think, to sort this, since your organisation have let yourself be used as a tool for trolling/terror, since you have poor routines.
