Hi there,

I was wondering if you could please escalate this, to your line-manager.

Because I don't think that I've gotten a proper reply to the questions that I've been asking in my earlige emails.

(I want to know the name of the troll who has ordered this in my name.

And I want to know which better routines, that you're going to start with, to avoid that this problem happens again, to other people/citizens).

Hello,

Thank you for your response, and I apologize that the greeting from my previous message was unpleasant.

We want to assure you that your email has been completely deleted from our contacts and you should not receive anything going forward. We've also checked our records thoroughly, and can confirm that no orders or accounts under your name are in our system.

Once again, I apologize for the inconveniences this has caused, and I hope you have a nice day.

Kind regards,

Dan Bastien

This is a follow-up to your previous request #444741 "Klage/Fwd: HobbyLink Japan ..."

Hi,

I want to know the name of the troll who has ordered this in my name.

And I also want to know which better routines that you're going to start with, so that this doesn't happen again, to other people/citizens.

Also I think it's a bit clammy that you use my first-name like that in the salutation.

What's wrong with just 'hi'.
