how many times do I have to tell you that I want a reply from a superior?

You keep sending me around between the normal staff at your company.

This I have to complain about.

(I want to know the name of the troll who has ordered this in my name.

And I want to know which better routines that your going to start with, so that this doesn't happen again).

I want a reply from the Managing Director about this.

And not from some funny security-email-address.

And you don't write your company-name in your emails, (it seems), so that seems quite dodgy, i have to say.

Indeed in our database, we had an attempt of placing an order on 2020-04-10 with the details that you received before.

That was the only one attempt to place an order with your email, name address, phone number.

That attempt was made from the following IP address: 108.162.215.104

The order was placed with BTC payment option but it was never paid thus the order was not processed and was cancelled from our side.
