Hei,

44 new state agency publications cataloged by the California State Library in October

** California State Publications

------------------------------------------------------------

Greetings, colleagues.

I am writing to alert you all to the release of newly cataloged records for California state agency documents that make up the October issue of California State Publications.

For October 2020, there are 44 newly cataloged titles accessible through our catalog (https://csl.primo.exlibrisgroup.com/discovery/search?query=any,contains,csp-20-10&tab=Everything&search_scope=MyInst_and_CI&vid=01CSL_INST:CSL〈=en&offset=0) : 20 print documents and 24 online publications.

Access to historical listings of new state publications is available from the State Library's website at https://www.library.ca.gov/government-publications/ca-publications/ (http://www.library.ca.gov/government-publications/ca-publications/) . There you will find links to our catalog entries (2001-present) for new state documents as well as links to PDF issues from June 2003-Dec. 2018 containing this same data.

I would once again like to take this opportunity to alert subscribers--and in particular those of you employed at California state agencies--to the State Library's new online state document submission form (https://www.library.ca.gov/government-publications/submit/) . We are continuing an effort to more actively collect, store, preserve, and make available digital state publications, but we do need state agencies to contribute their documents in order to make this effort successful.  It is our hope that in the coming months the documents submitted to us digitally will be reflected in the monthly California State Publications listings, although that functionality is not yet in place.

Please let me know if you have any questions about any of the recently cataloged publications or the online document submission process.  Thank you.
