Hi,

this isn't just a one off.

This is part of a big attack, someone order lots of junk in my name, (on the internet), from companies with poor routines.

And I have to use a lot of time, to try to clean up, after these idiots.

(And the courts here in Norway, sometimes refuse to understand that the junk has been ordered by the trolls, so I get sentences, from very low courts, (Forliksrådet), in Norway, due to this.

And I get a low credit-score due to this.

Etc., etc.).

So I'm trying to find out who these idiots/trolls are.

And I've also gone to mercantile education, at upper secondary level, here in Norway, and we were thought to ask 'problem-companies' how they intended to fix the problems in mention.

I'm not sure if technical support is the right departement for this case.

If you could please escalate to someone within operations/higher management.

I don't have the name of the person who submitted this information using our contact form. Whoever submitted it likely found your email address on a list and used it to spam us. Normally our system would flag this as spam and not send a message back to you, which is what we are doing now. There was no order completed on your behalf as a result of this. It was simply an email, so you may ignore this. There is nothing more that you need to do as it relates to Crossref.

Hi,

I was wondering what the name of the troll is, who has ordered this, in my name.

And I wanted to be informed about which better routines, that you're going to start with, so that something like this doesn't happen again.
