like I told you in an e-mail from 6/4, I want you to escalate this to a superior.

(I want to know the name, of the troll, who has set up an account, in my name.

And I want to know how you plan to improve, to avoid that this problem happens again, to me or other people).

I want to know the name of the troll who has ordered this in my name.

And I want to know which better routines, that you're going to start with, to prevent this from happening again.
