in my last email I wrote that I wanted this to be escalated to a superior.
I can't that this has happened.
So that I have to complain about.
Please escalate this to a superior now.
(I want to know the name, of the internet-troll, who has written/ordered this, in my name.
And I want to know, how you plan to improve, to avoid that something like this happens again).

I think it's your job to delete the account.

(I want to know the name of the troll, who has set up this account, in my name.
And I want to know how you're planing to improve, so to avoid that this problem happens again, to me or other people).
