Hi,

I've also quite recently gotten a reply from your colleague Stephen Reilly about this.

And I don't think it's right that you should waste my time with using a lot of case-workers.

It should be enough with one, I think.

So this I have to complain about.

So if you normal staff there could please escalate this to a superior.
