Hi,

I'm not sure if I buy that you are a manager at Geni.

I'm sure the managers would use their last-name and not only their first-name, when they write emails like this.

What I want is that you inform me about the name of the internet-troll who has written this, in my name.

And that you pay me a compansation.

And that you inform me about what you plan to do, to avoid that something similar happens again.

You wonder if I mean Geni or MyHeritage, but you have the same owner, (in Israel), if not mistaking.

So that's more or less the same company then, I'd say.

Perhaps you could send this up to the owners, (since it's to do with both Geni and MyHeritage).

I'm the General Manager of Geni.  

We have millions of users, some of them gay.  It doesn't throw up a red flag in our system.

As soon as you brought the matter to our attention, we deleted it.  What more can we do?

to do with that my account there was hijacked, through your office-staff


What does this mean?  Are you saying that one of our employees facilitated someone hacking your MyHeritage account?

When you used like half a decade to respond


Do you mean Geni, or MyHeritage?  I'm not able to find a Geni support request that went unanswered...

this has probably done a lot of damage to my reputation.

That your website has profiled me as gay etc., for a decade or so.

So this I have to complain about.

I want a reply from the Managing Director about this.

(And it was also a similar problem with your sister-site MyHeritage some years back, (to do with that my account there was hijacked, through your office-staff).
