Hi,

in my last email, I wrote that I wanted a reply from the Managing Director about this.

I can't see that this has happened.

So that I have to complain about.

Please send this to the Managing Director now.

(I want to know the name of the internet-troll, who has written/ordered this, in my name.

And I want to know what you plan to do, to stop this from happening again).

I'm sorry to hear that you're receiving plenty of emails that you do not want to receive. Please rest assured that all email communication from Displate was stopped as per your earlier request. Sadly, we cannot speak for other providers, hence we suggest contacting them directly.

Moreover, as per data protection policy, we are unable to provide you with details of the person who made a typo in the email whilst purchasing, sorry about that. Please bear in mind that we have no ability to predict whether the customer makes a typo in the email on the website.

As for the steps taken to improve our website, please rest assured that even with all the technology implemented, it is the customers' responsibility to provide the email address correctly. Therefore, we are sorry that it happened, however, as explained earlier, you are not receiving emails from Displate anymore. 
Nonetheless, we are continuously working on improving our website to deliver the highest quality service.

Hi,

I think your reply seems a bit far fetched.

This is not a one off.

I'm almost drowning in emails like this, where internet-trolls has ordered 'shit', in ny name.

So your email doesn't add up.

I want a reply from the Managing Director about this.

(I want to know the name, of the internet-troll, who has ordered/written this, in my name.

And I want to know, how you plan to improve, to avoid that something like this happens again).
