dere må prøve å finne ut hva som har skjedd her.
(For jeg har ikke kontaktet dere).

I see that someone might have accidentally entered your email address to following sites on WordPress.com. It is not possible to prevent strangers from providing e-mail addresses that do not belong to them, but the subscriptions will not become active unless you confirm the subscription by clicking the links below.
As a workaround, you may try filtering emails from donotreply@wordpress.com to another folder, so that your email inbox doesn't see these notifications. You can also block email updates from blogs you follow or are signed up to follow by clicking here: https://wordpress.com/me/notifications/subscriptions and then checking "Block all email updates from blogs you’re following on WordPress.com".
