like I've told you a couple of times earlier, I want the Manager Director to reply about this.

(I want to know the name of the internet-troll, who has written/ordered this, in my name.

And I want to know how you plan to improve, so that something like this doesn't happen again).

There seems to be some confusion in your responses. We are not in any way affiliated with the email addresses you have ccd on your responses. In order to help, we need clarification on what is going on, and whether or not it relates to a RebelsMarket account.

in my last email I wrote that I wanted a superior (like the Managing Director) to reply about this.

I can't see that that has happened.

So that I have to complain about.

Please send this to the Managing Director now.

Per my previous emails, in order to assist you appropriately, I need your order number or the email address listed on your account.

We have to be able to pull up the order to look into this.

If you do not have that, if you were charged, please provide a screenshot of any charges.

If this was sent to you, and you have not been charged or haven't placed the order, please provide a photo of the label of the package received and any invoice that was placed inside (if there is one)
