Hi,

that's very brilliant!

I got some of the names wrong, I thought Toeiet meant that they owned in two countries.

I have some files from Rollag library, in Norway.


I have them on a blog I write on:



I currently live in Liverpool, UK, since I'm a refugee from Norway.

(I overheard in 2003 and 2004, in Oslo, that I was followed by the 'mafian', which I guess could be the communists or muslims.


Anyway, the police in Norway wont help, and I was a student then, after working as a shop manager, so I didn't have that much money, so I ended up in the UK).

I'll attach a family-tree, so it's possible to see, that my fathers mother, Ågot Mogans family, were from Rollag in Numedal.


(I'm also in the noble-lines Gjedde and Adeler, from Denmark and Norway, so that could be why I'm being followed as well I guess).

So I appriciate any help, since I'm in this difficult situation, so that's very fine!

Gullek shows up quite often in the Rollag, Norway records, especially back in the 1600s and 1700s. It is an old name, I believe. Gulleksrud would mean Gullek's clearing, so it had to be a small farm. And Toeiet would be a small husman's farm on Toen. So I will look there also.

I try to dig up things about my family, and has found out that my great-grandmother, on my fathers side, was brought up in the USA, before returning to Norway, something my family in Norway has never told me.


So it's like they've tried to cover up stuff for me.


I think they probably are like the criminals in the movie 'Fargo'.


Where there many criminals among the Norwegians moving to Rollag, Minnesota?



My great-grandmothers parents where her mother Jøran Gulleksdotter Gulleksrud, and her husband, Tov Pedersen Toeiet (Mogan).


'Toeiet' means two-own, that is, owns to places.



So it could be that it means that they own both in the USA and in Norway.



Gulleksrud is a placename, in Rollag, Norway, I think it must be.



And Gulleksdotter, means 'daughter of Gullek'.



So she had the same father, as the foster-father, who was her brother, Gullek Gulleksson (Toeiet) Gulleksrud.


Gullek is a name, that's not that common, in Norway, I think.


'Gull' in Norwegian, means 'gold'.



I hope you have the chance to answer me about this!

Ok,

det var artig, jeg søkte og da stod det noe om Bø i Telemark.


Jeg jobba på en gård i Larvik, eller Kvelde, som het Løvås, i 2005, og da ville onkel Martin, (sønn av Johannes Ribsskog, og din tremenning da), han ville absolutt at jeg skulle studere på høyskolen i Bø.

Så ble jeg forsøkt drept der, av et slags jaktlag, og dro til England, hvor jeg er enda, siden politet ikke vil etterforske.


Jeg fant dine tippoldeforeldre, (mine tipptippoldeforeldre da), oppi Oppdal der.

De her Ole Larsen Dørumsgaard og Marith Arntsdatter, tolker jeg det som.

Sender med skjermbilde-kopi av kirkebok, i Oppdal, som ligger på nettet.


Jeg skal prøve å utvide slektstreet mer seinere, nå går jeg mest tilbake i tida.

Men jeg skal prøve å få med alle på et slektstre jeg har på My Heritage, etterhvert, (jeg bare jobber med det på det arket som jeg sendte også, men jeg skal prøve å få det til så raskt som mulig):

I sent a letter to the Health Center, on 13/12, and received an answering-letter on 18/12, (which I attach to this e-mail).

It says in the letter, from the Practice Manager, that the Health Center wants me to meet a doctor there, and not the Practice Manager, for a meeting.


But I don't really like the Health Center, any longer, unfortunatly, since I didn't like the nurse or the doctor.

Do I have to go to the meeting, or can I ask the Health Center if they can deal with the complaint in writing?


When I think about it, it just seems a bit awkward, to me, to go back to Health Centre, so I would have thought it was better to deal with it in writing.

Do you think this is possible to achieve, that the complaint is being dealt with in writing?


I don't mean to be inpolite, or anything, but I'm more comforable with dealing with the complaint in writing, also since English isn't my first language, and I think that if the complaint is being dealt with in writing then it's easier to avoid, that people try tricks etc., in meetings, since summaries aren't always written and aren't always accurate etc.


So I was just wondering if you think it's possible to deal with complaints like this in writing, without me having to go to the Health Centre for a complaint-meeting, since I think it's a bit awkward now, going there, after how the nurse and the doctor were there, the last time I went there.

Ombudsman’s role is to look into complaints about poor treatment or service

to continue with your complaint, you should first write to the
Practice Manager of the GP practices and ask them to resolve it.

practices
you remain unhappy, it is then open to you to re-approach the
Ombudsman. You will need to explain specifically what was wrong with their response to your complaint and to state what
you want the Ombudsman to do. At that point we will look at your complaint
carefully to decide if we can help. There is no automatic right to an
investigation by the Ombudsman; there has to be a good reason for her to
investigate a complaint.

papers which you have. We will also need written permission to obtain any papers
and records connected to the complaint, and to know whether legal action is
being taken about it (as that may prevent the Ombudsman from looking at the
complaint).

Ok,

but I don't agree with you.

I'm sure they were inpolite.

I don't think you take enought actions, you should give the inpolite person a warning, I think.


Further, I think it's strange, that I have to go to Walton again, to get the on the same course.

That sounds very inpractical.

If I have been granted a course, and want to change the date, why do I have to go to Walton again.


I think this sounds like unessesary.

How can people reduce ones carbon footprint, if they can't sort things like this over the phone, but have to take the bus or train and cause pollution?


I think this system sound very stupid and it also causes unessesary pollution.

But as I remember it, a Jet person-called, saying she was you, and just
said a sentence, and then hang up.






About that I wanted to cancel the course.






But they just hang up, when I started asking about when the next course was.






I thought it was strange, that they would use your name.







Since I called up JET again, and then I got to hear, that the person
that had called, (Lorraine),
was on annual leave.






Also, this course was almost two months ago, (24. November), and I haven't
received a certificate, or feedback from the test yet, even if I think must
have gotten most of the answers right.







But my complaint is really that your staff shouldn't be ignorant while
taking calls, like they were, in the first call, that JET called back to me,
after I discovered, that my Landlord, was coming here, on the same date, as the
JET-course.







So I think there's room for improvement, when it comes to manners,
(with not being ignorant to what people are saying), with JET-staff,
unfortunatly.

where we deliver the courses. I thanked you for letting me know and took

the next course was due to start and arrange to re-book your place.

mentioned when I spoke to you last week, I didn’t call you after that, but my
administrative officer, Joanne Quinn, at my request, called to confirm that you
were no longer attending the course and to let you know that you would be
informed when a further course was due to take place. I am sorry if you
felt that she hung up, but I am sure that this wasn’t intentional, since she
recorded the fact that you wished to attend the next course, as I had informed
her originally.



On several
occasions early in November, staff called you to keep you informed that we were
still awaiting details of the next course and on 24th November you
successfully attended the course.



Because we
dedicate officers to every registered client, as a new client it was necessary
for you to meet with your appointed guidance officer, Claire Walsh, in order to
confirm your place and grant funding for the new course and update your details
and support required. I am sorry if this proved inconvenient, but one
office holds all of your records for grant and tracking purposes.
However, if you wish to do job searches you can visit any JET office in
the city. If you wish to change your preferred JET office and guidance
officer to a more convenient location for you, this can be arranged.



I do hope
that this serves as a satisfactory response to your complaint and we can
continue to work together to ensure that you are able to pursue your desired
career plan.

I called on Tuesday, regarding a 'Basic Food Hygenie'-course, that Walton Jet
put me on, after I was sent to Jet, from Working Links.

But why did Lorraine call me, when
she was on annual leave?



I've been having some problems with some communist-mob, or something, in Norway, is this
something to do with this?

I got a letter from Cheryl Shanahan, last week, where ICE says that I called on 26/11, agreeing with the way ICE detailed my complaint.

But, I think I would have remembered, doing this, and I can't.


I can however remember, that when ICE called me on 25/11, then I included a lot more complaints, than in the summary ICE made, after the phone-call.

Which I have complained about in e-mails.


So I hope you can detail the complaint, like I asked ICE to, in the phone-call from 25/11, and in later e-mails.

Hei Erik.

Det var ikke noe dramatiskt anngående fjellturen til din bestemor. Personlig var jeg borte fra Stokmarknes fra 1957 til 1967, så jeg vet ikke så mye den turen. Men det er normalt en grei fjelltur på ca. 1 time på sti, opp til Ørnheihytta (nu Røde Kors hytta). Da hun kom opp til hytta kom vel tåka sigende og hun følte seg vel litt desorientert. Hun gjorde vel helt riktig ved at hun satt på trappa og ventet til hjelpen kom.

thank you very much for you e-mail!

But as I remember it, a Jet person-called, saying she was you, and just said a sentence, and then hang up.

About that I wanted to cancel the course.


But they just hang up, when I started asking about when the next course was.

I thought it was strange, that they would use your name.

Since I called up JET again, and then I got to hear, that the person that had called, (Lorraine), was on annual leave.


Also, this course was almost two months ago, (24. November), and I haven't received a certificate, or feedback from the test yet, even if I think must have gotten most of the answers right.


But my complaint is really that your staff shouldn't be ignorant while taking calls, like they were, in the first call, that JET called back to me, after I discovered, that my Landlord, was coming here, on the same date, as the JET-course.


So I think there's room for improvement, when it comes to manners, (with not being ignorant to what people are saying), with JET-staff, unfortunatly.

Further to our recent telephone conversations regarding your
complaint, I am writing to express my disappointment that you are dissatisfied
with our service and endeavour to respond to your complaint. The JET
service prides itself on its professional approach to helping people in our
communities gain work, education and training and our staff are dedicated to
the work that we do.



You were first registered with the JET on the 7th
October in our JET Atlantic office in Walton when Working Links referred you to
JET Atlantic so that you could gain the Basic
Food Hygiene qualification. The way our service works is by appointing a
dedicated officer at the most convenient office, in order to ensure continuity and
a better understanding of our clients and the best possible service.



A discretionary grant was arranged by your guidance officer,
Claire Walsh, in order to fund your place on the Food Hygiene course and you
were booked onto the course due to start on the 26th October. When you
called to cancel your attendance, you called and spoke to me at the JET in the Job
Bank on Tunnel Road
where we deliver the courses. I thanked you for letting me know and took
your details and said a member of staff would contact you to inform you when
the next course was due to start and arrange to re-book your place.



As I mentioned when I spoke to you last week, I didn’t
call you after that, but my administrative officer, Joanne Quinn, at my
request, called to confirm that you were no longer attending the course and to
let you know that you would be informed when a further course was due to take
place. I am sorry if you felt that she hung up, but I am sure that this
wasn’t intentional, since she recorded the fact that you wished to attend
the next course, as I had informed her originally.



On several occasions early in November, staff called you to keep
you informed that we were still awaiting details of the next course and on 24th
November you successfully attended the course.



Because we dedicate officers to every registered client, as
a new client it was necessary for you to meet with your appointed guidance
officer, Claire Walsh, in order to confirm your place and grant funding for the
new course and update your details and support required. I am sorry if
this proved inconvenient, but one office holds all of your records for grant and
tracking purposes. However, if you wish to do job searches you can visit
any JET office in the city. If you wish to change your preferred JET
office and guidance officer to a more convenient location for you, this can be
arranged.



I do hope that this serves as a satisfactory response to
your complaint and we can continue to work together to ensure that you are able
to pursue your desired career plan.

Hi,





I called on Tuesday, regarding a 'Basic Food Hygenie'-course, that Walton Jet
put me on, after I was sent to Jet, from Working Links.







I found out, when I got your letter, that the course crashed with

So I called, and spoke with Lorraine.






She was going to get someone to call me back, since I wanted to be put on the

Then she called me today, just to tell me that she took me off the
list.






And then she hang up, without listening to what I was saying, that I wanted to
be put on the next course.






So then I called Jet up, and spoke with Kate, who told me that Lorraine was on annual
leave, and that I had to go to the Jet office, to re-sign on the next course.







But why did Lorraine
call me, when she was on annual leave?



I've been having some problems with some communist-mob, or something, in Norway,
is this something to do with this?






Thanks in advance for help in advance, regarding finding out what's been going
on!
