In November, Georgia emerged from a safe red state to a key battleground state (that has flipped blue for the first time in over 28 years!)
We're at a point where the stakes couldn't be higher. Together, we've fueled a movement that came from a hashtag to becoming the largest social justice movement in history. Black Lives Matter was a topic at the 2020 presidential debate stage. And thanks to you, we've launched our PAC in order to take our protest to the polls.
Clearly, we're succeeding. But we only succeed in numbers, ERIKA. And now, we've got to keep the momentum going for the runoffs in Georgia and get Rev. Warnock and Jon Ossoff elected to the U.S. Senate so we can put an end to Mitch McConnell's inhumanity in the Senate.
We proved in November that it is through collective organizing and reaching out to voters that we can deliver victories, and in January we will prove this to be true again.
We're doing all we can to reach as many voters as possible -- but we need your help to fuel our voter outreach efforts. We budgeted $500,000 for our efforts, and have raised $300,881 so far. Can you chip in today and help reach this critical goal?

Black Lives Matter PAC is invested in the Georgia runoff elections because we've seen what happens when Republicans hold the majority -- the rushing of putting a dangerous, Trump-aiding person on the highest court of the land. The blatant dismissal of the millions of folks who've lost their jobs and their lives amidst the deadly pandemic.
It's not difficult to understand that our communities simply will not survive another two years of Mitch McConnell and the Republicans holding power in the Senate.
We flipped Georgia for the presidency in November, and we can do it again for the Senate -- but that means putting all of our resources together with the help of folks like you from all over the country.
