Jeg lurer på om det kan også være noe med at kvaltieten på kjøttblandingen på Pizza Grandiosa, ikke vel er helt god antagelig, i allefall er det tvil om hva den består av. Altså hvilket pattedyr som brukes, kan man vel lure på, siden svenskene ikke selger vanlig Grandiosa lenger.

COMPLAINT


1. On Saturday, 8/12, at around 7.40 PM, it says in my calendar, an incident occured on

your resturant in Lord. St., Liverpool.


I've written about the incident on my blog, but I've been having some problems with

sending e-mails to McDonalds, since there seem to be some problems with your

e-mail address. (More about this later in the letter).


Here are the links to my blog, describing the incidents. (Sorry if there is some not so

fine language being used on the blog, but I remember that I got a bit upset by the

episode, so sorry about this!):


'Big Mac.

I shouldn't have eaten that burger.

I wonder what it was in it.

Was it human meat?

Once, on Lidl, I bought a tin of minced meat.

Reduced price.

And in it, I found like an arteri, or vain, or maybe it was even something worse.

But I don't think it could have been from a cow.

Since then I think the diameter of the arierie or vain, should have been bigger.

But I wonder if it could have been something even worse.

Not good.

It was on McDonalds in Chruch Street in Liverpool by the way.

And the girl I ordered the Big Mac from.

In the check-out furthermost to the left, of the manned check-outs, at 7.40 pm, it says.

I wrote this in my notebook, since I thought it was peculiar with the sixteen year old girls

who was just standing there, in the check-out, to the right, from the check-out, from wich

I got my burger.

When I went into McDonalds, it was a group of African boys, making a lot of noise there.

And it was also two African men, in their twenties or thirties maybe, who were standing to

the left in the premises, a bit closer to the enterence-door, than where the check-out is.

It seemed to me like they were observing the premises.

They were McDonalds staff.

And usualy McDonalds staff are working.

McDonalds in Liverpool City Centre on a Saturday Night.

Then I think that the staff should really have been occupied with some type of work-task.

Then a blond man in his forthies maybe, arrived.

And he was singing almost.

Totally peculiar, and like he wasn't aware of other people around him than the check-out

staff, to which he ordered and more or less sang to, I seem to remember.

It was almost like he was in some kind of trance.

And he was ordering from the girl maning the check-out furthermost to the left.
(from the customers view).

Then a guy appeared who seemed to want to complain about his drink, and change it to

a new drink.

And both of these customers, both got served before me, even if I had waited longer, in

the two queues furthermost to the left.

I was standing behind the two sixteen year old girls.

And it seemed like they were only standing there, and that the check-out they were standing

in from out, wasn't maned at all.

Even if I moved to the check-out furthermost to the left, and stood there for maybe five

minutes (or something like that).

The queues in the two check-outs furthermost to the right, went very slowly.

So I moved to the queue behind the two girls.

Then all the african boys, in the queue furthermost to the left, exited from the premises.

Then the blond guy in his thirties or forthies appeared.

And then the one who was switching the drink.

Then I moved to the queue behind these two, since no person arrived to man the check

out that was the second to the left, (where the girls were waiting).

I suspect that the girls were only standing there, and pretending to be waiting for an order

which they had ordered.

But that the check-out really wasn't maned.

I think that the two staff I mentioned earlier, were observing the premises during all of this.

When I got the burger from the girl.

Then I gave her a two pound coin.

I said it was alright, that she could just keep the one pence coin if she wanted.

And then I said bye or something I guess.

But the girl didn't look up.

And she return or give a salutation or anything like that.

She was just being quiet.

Had she become a bit ashamed?

Or had she suddently become shy, from some sort of cryptical reason?

I'm not quite sure.

But Brits are usually polite, so I thought this was a bit peculiar.

I got a bit sick of the burger.

The mentioned Lidl, was the one close to London Rd, by the way, just to include this as

well.

The lesson from this, I think, should be not to eat the burgers, when the check-out staff,

don't deer to look you in the eyes, after they have given you the burger.

I think this will have to be the conclution regarding this.

'Big Mac II

I think that it must have been something wrong with the Big Mac.

I haven't had that much flatulece before, if thats the right term, like in the last couple of

days.

And I've also been in general bad shape.

So the lesson to be learned, I guess, is not to eat burgers, that you recieve from

resturant-representatives, who don't deer to look you in the direction of your eyes,

or even look up, after they have given you the burger.

And if someone are wondering why I'm not contacting the police about this:

The reason is that The Merseyside Police, aren't returning my calls.

I even went to the Norwegian Consulate in town, and they contacted the police

regarding this, but even after this, the police still aren't calling me back.

This was regaring an harassment at work case, which is conected to a organised

crime/mafia/mob/trafficing-case with my last employer.

There has also been problems with harassment,lies and unprofessional conduct from

the Merseyside Police, so it's not only the problem with them not returning my calls,

it's also the problem with that I seem to have lost a bit of confidence in them.

But I haven't got any founds, so I can't get anywere.

Since, I have to use so much time, to try to deal with the organised crime network

problems, and problems with the Government in both counties (Britain and Norway).

To try to get some help to deal with the problems.

(I can't really say that I've done something wrong eighter, that should justify these

problems, and the lack of help from the Government etc).

But, what I was thinking.

Is, that I could try to complain to McDonalds about this.

The incidents from the link above.

Since I think I must have been food-poisoned.

And maybe McDonalds also are ably to deal with these more professional and

responisble than the police(?)

I'll try to update the blog later on this.

So it will be interesting to see, if this will bring any results.

2. On 10/12, I tried to send an e-mail to the e-mail address mentioned on your website,

www.macdonalds.co.uk.


It's the e-mail address: customerservices@mcdonalds.co.uk.


But I only got an e-mail with this error-message in return:

So, later on 10/12, I called your customer service on 0870 524 4622, and got informed

that your e-mail address wasn't always working, so I was asked to try to send the e-mail

again later.


On 23/12, I tried to send the e-mail again, but I still got the same error-message in return.


On 8/1, I spoke with team-manager Ronda Floyd, and she said that the e-mail address

should be working now.


On 9/1, I tried to send an e-mail again, to customerservices@mcdonalds.co.uk, but I still

only got an error message, like before.


(I'll enclose the mentioned e-mails with the complaint).


So this, the problem with the customerservices@mcdonalds.co.uk e-mail address, has led

to me being a bit delayed in sending this complaint.


I think it would be very fine if you had the oppertunity to try to find out what it was that

was going on, surrounding the incident at your Lord St. branch in Liverpool, on 8/12,

and also if you had the oppertunity, to try to find out what the problems with the

customerservices@mcdonalds.co.uk e-mail address is about.


I've been having some problems with what I suspect could be organised criminal networks,

at my former workplace Arvato Services Ltd., on Burger King, Argos, Tesco, Lidl, Currys,

etc., so that's one of the reasons that I think this should maybe be investigated, since I

suspect a bit that these incidents could be linked.

I've been having some problems with the BBC message-board lately.



I've been trying to post a post about some problems at the local CAB.



But the message-board programme just shows an error message,

like this: 'Please choose the region in which you want your message to
appear.'.



But the web-application wont let me choose a region.



The region field is empty.



I'll try to take scree-shot of the screen:

you to view the

screenshot-copy as an enclosure.)



I've tried to use both Internet Explorer and Firefox, to post the message,
but I'm getting the

same problem with both programs.



I've been trying to post this message for about three days now, but I
haven't managed to

get it posted on the message board yet, due to the mentioned problem.



Here is the post, by the way, in case it has occured some problems with the
post moderated

moderation system on the message board, (like I have experienced with your
message board

earlier):



'Lies and 'set ups' at the Liverpool Central CAB.





I've just sent an appeal to the Liverpool Central CAB, regarding the
investigation of a complaint, that I sent the CAB Complaints and Policy
Officer in May.



When I received the answer to my complaint, a few weeks ago, i discovered,
that the CAB General Unit Coordinator, had been lying in the answer to the
complaint.



And it also seems that the Liverpool Central CAB, is envolved in 'set ups'
in which they put very young girls in the stair-case area outside of their
offices, in the State House, (which is an office-building).



And then they keep the lights off in the pulic areas of their offices, while
the members of the public are kept waiting in the dark, for about 5-10
minutes, before most of the meeting is also being kept in the dark. (In
about twilight-strength light, it was to dark to read a regular
information-folder there).



And also the Liverpool Central CAB, has got the wrong e-mail address on
their webpages.



It's says on their website(http://www.liverpoolcab.org) that one can contact
them on this e-mail address:



bureau@liverpoolcab.f9.co.uk



But this is wrong, I had to send the General Unit Coordinator a new e-mail
to get right e-mail address for the CAB, (which was bureau@liverpoolcab.org
).



So I was wondering what other people were thinking about these problems, and
if someone have some advice on how I should go forward in dealing with these
issues.



That is, besides the complaint I've already sent to The Chair, Liverpool
Central CAB:

Because I think this kind behaviour, from the CAB, is totally out of line,
and also disgraceful for an organisation, if it wants to be respected.

COMPLAINT


I've been having some problems with postings on the BBC message-board, being removed

for no obvious, to me at least, reason.


Then, I've been trying to write to the Moderators, to try to get them to explain to me, what

it is in particular, that is wrong with the message-board postings.


But I haven't managed to recieve any answer to this e-mails.


So I think I have to try to complain about this.


The e-mails in question, are three e-mails I sent to england.moderators@bbc.co.uk, last

automn.


When I didn't recieve any answer to the mentioned e-mails, then I also tryed to send

reminders about this, on 28/8, 26/10 and 6/11, of last, for the respective e-mails.


But I still didn't recieve any answer to eighter the original e-mails, or the reminders.


So I tried to send a complaint about this, to info@bbc.co.uk, on 6/11, and then a

reminder, on 23/11, but I didn't recieve any answer to any of these e-mails.


Then I tried to call the BBC customer support, on 0870 010 0222, on 3/1, and then

I got adviced, to send a web-mail, from the BBC website, since the BBC customer

service representative, thought that it was more likely to get an answer, if one

used the webmail-function, to send a complaint on the moderators, than if one

used the e-mail address, that I had been using, thats info@bbc.co.uk.


So I sent a web-mail, from the URL: http://bbc.co.uk/feedback, on 3/1, but I

haven't recieved any answer to this web-mail yet, so I thought I should maybe

try to send a letter.


I'm enclosing copies of the mentioned e-mails, and I'm also going to enclose screen-shots,

taken of the web-mail message, which I sent from the http://bbc.co.uk/feedpack URL, on 3/1.

I relly understood that you couldn't give me legal advice, I just thought that maybe
you knew about some organisation etc. who could maybe give advice on this.

I should probably have made it more clear in the e-mail, that it was this I meant.

Since there isn't always that easy, for different reasons, to get help from an attorney.

But that's my problem I guess.

But what I was hoping that you could maybe answer me about, was if there was a
time-limit for filing the DMCA counter-complaint.

So this was the main reason for my enquiery, but I should maybe have clearified this.

So that's why I'm trying to e-mail you again, in case that point got a bit lost in my last
e-mail.

(Also if you know what the next procedure usually is in an DMCA complaint-process,
that would be fine, but I'm also going to search more on the internet regarding this,

I can't see that I've recieved an answer to this e-mail yet.

I'm not so used with dealing with cases like this, and also not used to
deal
with
to copyright laws.

But I'm trying to send a new e-mail anyway, since I'm not sure where to
ask
for
advice regarding this.

The reason I have put the files in the deleted entry on the blog, is
because
I'm
trying to 'whistleblow' regarding whats going on in the Arvato Ltd. firm,
and the
Microsoft Scandinavian Product Activation there.

This is about an (organised) harassment at work case.

And it's conected with a crime-case in the company, (which I have got
confirmed
about from the Norwegian embassy in London), and this most certianly, as
far
as
I can understadn, must be an orginised crime/mafia/mob-case.

And that's why I think it's important that I try to deal with this in an
as
proper way
as possible.

So, even if I'm a Norwegian living in Britain, I still would want to
pursue
this matter
with a DMCA counter-complaint.

I'm in the process of contacting law-firms in Britain, to get help with
the
(organised)
harassment at work issues.

And I think this DMCA issue propably should be included with that case.

Also, I was wondering if not the purpose of 'whistleblowing', should be
looked at as
more relevant than copyright issues, (even if it also seems a bit strange
to
me
that this should be a copyright issue, the files removed, where files like
summarys
from employee meetings at Arvato Ltd, and shift-plans, and also the entry
containing
only my CV, was deleted from the blog).

So that's why I'm trying to write to you again.

I was wondering if you knew about how the rules are surrounding the
'whistleblower'
issues, in regards to the DMCA law?

Because it could be that the British law-firms need a bit of time to deal
with this,
(from earlier experience with companies like these), so I was also
wondering

how long time I have got to file a DMCA counter-complaint.

By the way, I've checked on the internet, and it said that DMCA, was a US
copyright law.

So is the fax-number American then?

And is it Arvato in the US or in the UK, who has sent the complaint?
