 Hi,
 I have informed you that I'm unemployed, and on a budget in co-operation with the CCCS.
 
 So Red Castle gave me a payment-plan, for £20 a month, in accordence with the budget I'm on. 
 
 They sent me back to you, a few weeks ago, and I got a card from you, in the post. Then I called you, to pay £20 by credit card, a few weeks ago, since the Jobcentre put a sanction on my jobseekers-allowance, wich was over-turned.
 
 
 Earlier this week, I got a new water-bill, where you've raised my direct-debit, from £20 to £206.35. 
 But this is much more than I can afford to pay, since I'm still unemployed, unfortunately. 
 
 I can offer to pay £25 a month untill I get a job. But that's all I can afford, since I'm on a shoestring-budget.
 
 I'm also trying to start a web-shop etc., so I hope to soon be able to pay the whole amount I owe you.
