Dear Applicant

I am glad to inform you that we have processed you to our shortlist for the recently vacant position. We have found your skills and expertise a useful asset in the proposed position and therefore inviting to the next stage of the recruitment process.

My name is Alexander Wallis, I alongside my colleague Rachael Simons will be running and supervising the recruitment process for this vacant position. Due to the amount of applicants applying for this position, it has taken us longer than necessary to review all candidates therefore interviews will be taking place the week commencing 25th November 2013.

The position is vacant for both full time and part time candidates. Full time position consist of undertaking 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday or 4 days a week and a Saturday shift).
