Hi, you make this into something soft about feelings if it's a department called something with: 'Care', I think. This is that you harass me and are descending, I think. I know 'ombudsman' is a Swedish word, but if you could try to be a bit western as well, (since you are in Western Europe), and please send this to your line-manager.
