Hi,

like I wrote in my last email I wanted you to escalate this to a superior.

So you're being difficult, it seems, since you haven't done that.

And you've also removed the earlier correspondence from your email.

And I also think you've gotten the Data Protection-stuff wrong.

'Data Protection' is really from German, ('datenschutz'), like I wrote in my last email.

Do you mean 'privacy'?

When I went to mercantile upper secondary school in Norway, more than 30 years ago, then we called it 'personvern', and it was to do with which information an organisation could store about a person in a register.

If you go to shops etc. then staff have name-signs.

And if you go to Asda, then they have a big board with photos and names of the staff/managers.

So that the first-name of a staff should be secret, that's moronic, I'd say.

A first-name isn't sensitive information, it's merely a reference.

And in trade/business then I think the customer has the right to know the name of a staff.

It's to do with consumer-rights, I think.

And people also say it should be openness in society.

So I think you've got this wrong.

Why do you use your own name in your email.

That must be covered by Data Protection then, (to follow your logic), so you shouldn't write it.

So you're just being silly, I think.

This I have to complain about.

Om meg

Bildet mitt
