Hi,
it seems you put the problems under the carpet, instead of cleaning them up.
I've sent your ombudsman-service many complaints while I lived in the UK, (from 2004 to 2014).
And you never did anything.
And now this.
This is a scandal, I'd say.
These problems with the Norwegian post-office-service, started in the UK, (when I got some strange advice, from a Post Office-woman, (in Winslow Street in Walton), who didn't want to let me hand in some post that had been delivered to my address wrongly).
This I have to complain about.
