Hi, thank you for your e-mail! I have escalated about this, to the Legal Services Comission. (Since I've earlier complained, to a different legal ombudsman. The Legal Services Ombudsman. I wasn't aware of that they had closed down. And I wasn't aware of you, (the new legal ombudsmans status). So I have escalated about this, to the Legal Services Commission).
