It's right that I'm an ex-employee, at Arvato. I didn't work in management, (even if I have 10 years of management-experience, from Norway, they didn't want to make me Team-Leader for some reason, unknown to me). I worked as a CCR, on behalf of Arvato, for an agency, (Ranstad), from August 2005 to June 2006. Then I was made Arvato-staff, and worked for Arvato, in the same role, untill December 2006. After I started my employment-case, they didn't renew my concract. (The details are explained in the link I sent, where my employment-case is, on Scribd). Then I started working as self-employed, in the packaging-industry, from home, on behalf of Packaging Europe, in Norwich, UK, in march 2007. I suspect that the law-firms here in the UK, are a bit afraid, of the big American company, (Microsoft), and the big German company, (Bertelsmann Arvato), so I haven't actually got anyone to take on my case. It's now with the University of Sunderland Alumni Association, (I studied there in 2004/05), and I've asked them if they can get the university's law-faculty, to take on the case, as a pro-bono-case. But I don't think they'd take on a US case. (Since I guess this is Valencia in Los Angeles and not the Valencia in Spain :). What I could do, is that I could publish your employment-case, on my blog. My blog has around 1.000 readers each day, and is on Blogger, so I don't think it's going to be deleted. I also take back-ups of my blog, and put them on a web-site, in case the blog gets deleted. I've tried to call to the USA earlier, but I have to call very late, because of the time-difference, so I don't want to call to Arvato in California. I think it would be interesting to see, how Arvato operates in the USA, so I would have thought it was fine, if you could send the documents. Someone in Mexico, contacted me once, and complained about Arvato, as well, so seems like they aren't fine, in any countries/nations. I'll see if I can find that comment again, on my blog. Or both. Or if it is the British Government or some freemasons etc, who are pulling the strings, to try to prevent justice. Like I think one have to describe what they are doing as. The only thing I've got to work, as of yet, is to publish about the problems, on the internet, and also on Facebook, witch I've done. So maybe this will help. But I'll continue to contact the law-firms as well, at least to keep the case alive. I made sure to keep all the files, from work, when I worked, there, since I suspected a bit that there was something going on etc. And I tried to make a note, each time, the managers were bullying etc., at work. (Because I've learned, when I worked as a shop manager in a big Norwegian food-chain, that notes like this, (with date and time and description), will count as evidence, in court). But I'll continue to try to whistleblow about these problems, untill they can hopefully be brought up in the right courts etc. But if you have something that you want me to publish, about the problems with Arvato in Mexico, then I think it's ok for me to publish it, even if there isn't that many people that are reading on my blog yet, but maybe they will be more people reading in the future, if I write more in English etc. We'll see. Let me authenticate myself First: I worked for Arvato in Valencia...Commerce office. I started as a RSC in the MSPP (Microsoft Partner Program) certified gold, Sae...The main number. I was then a floor lead for that department for about 2 years...I then went out on stress disability leave and went to the MAPS department. (Microsoft Action Pack) as a lead. A month before I went to MAPS the twp departments attempted to merge...I say attempted because when I got to MAPS it took about 2 minutes to see they new nothing about the MSPP department...Yet were representing it in ways that could and did cost the company a lot of money. It was of no fault of the CSR's or floor leads..The floor lead were Maps..That is what they new..The only reason it shocked scared me was because I came from MSPP so I new MSPP...There is so much to this story it would stun you. I have 4 pages of facts...all proven facts....Microsoft would fall over if they even new 1 of them. I have more that 15... So one question, Do you think that the information you gave me would be the correct route? Meaning... Can they even take a case from Los Angeles? Hei, det må være søstera mi, Pia, som jobber hos dere, som har tulla. Det er hu som burde vært medlem hos dere, hu er ikke helt god dessverre. Hu sa i 2005, at hu skulle ordne med noen lån jeg hadde, mens jeg var på flukt fra noe 'mafian', i Oslo, etter at jeg slutta som butikksjef i Rimi og begynte å studere data på HiO IU. Men det gjorde hu ikke. Så dere får heller melde inn søstera mi. Hu sover på sofaen forresten, og lar Negib, (hennes samboer fra Etiopia), sove sammen med sin sønn, (som hun har med Keyton fra Somalia), på soverommet. Hvem vet hva Negib gjør med Daniel der? Ikke min business kanskje men. Men dere damene der, kan kanskje spørre Pia hva som foregår. For jeg har kutta henne ut, og politiet svarer meg ikke, når jeg anmelder ting. Men jeg kan sende kopi til de, som en anmeldelse på trakasseringen og som en bekymrdingsmelding, på hva som foregår/foregikk i Pia sin leilighet. Pia og min halvbror, Axel Thomassen, er også autist, eller har MBD, eller noe, (selv om han ikke har fått diagnose, men faren og stemora hans nevnte MBD, og han gikk på spesialskole, den på Majorstua). Så kanskje Axel kan få bli medlem hos dere? Det er sikkert han som har tulla. Eller min tidligere klassekamerat, Odd Einar Pettersen, han hadde sikkert passa bra og følt seg hjemme hos dere.
