Jeg var litt irritert på Assange (og Wikileaks) i 2010. Men det som har skjedd seinere med hans, virker muligens litt overdrevet. Er det ikke del av pressefriheten at man kan lekke dokumenter (selv om de visst ikke var interresert i min Arvato/Microsoft-sak, i 2008). Hm

It's right that I'm an ex-employee, at Arvato. I didn't work in management, (even if I have 10 years of management-experience, from Norway, they didn't want to make me Team-Leader for some reason, unknown to me). I worked as a CCR, on behalf of Arvato, for an agency, (Ranstad), from August 2005 to June 2006. Then I was made Arvato-staff, and worked for Arvato, in the same role, untill December 2006. After I started my employment-case, they didn't renew my concract. (The details are explained in the link I sent, where my employment-case is, on Scribd). Then I started working as self-employed, in the packaging-industry, from home, on behalf of Packaging Europe, in Norwich, UK, in march 2007. I suspect that the law-firms here in the UK, are a bit afraid, of the big American company, (Microsoft), and the big German company, (Bertelsmann Arvato), so I haven't actually got anyone to take on my case. It's now with the University of Sunderland Alumni Association, (I studied there in 2004/05), and I've asked them if they can get the university's law-faculty, to take on the case, as a pro-bono-case. But I don't think they'd take on a US case. (Since I guess this is Valencia in Los Angeles and not the Valencia in Spain :). What I could do, is that I could publish your employment-case, on my blog. My blog has around 1.000 readers each day, and is on Blogger, so I don't think it's going to be deleted. I also take back-ups of my blog, and put them on a web-site, in case the blog gets deleted. That's what I could do, if you want. If you want, you can contact me on my e-mail: eribsskog@gmail.com, and then I can publish documents to do with your employment-case, on my blog, if you want that. I've tried to call to the USA earlier, but I have to call very late, because of the time-difference, so I don't want to call to Arvato in California. I think it would be interesting to see, how Arvato operates in the USA, so I would have thought it was fine, if you could send the documents. Someone in Mexico, contacted me once, and complained about Arvato, as well, so seems like they aren't fine, in any countries/nations. I'll see if I can find that comment again, on my blog. But I'll continue to contact the law-firms as well, at least to keep the case alive. I made sure to keep all the files, from work, when I worked, there, since I suspected a bit that there was something going on etc. And I tried to make a note, each time, the managers were bullying etc., at work. (Because I've learned, when I worked as a shop manager in a big Norwegian food-chain, that notes like this, (with date and time and description), will count as evidence, in court). But I'll continue to try to whistleblow about these problems, untill they can hopefully be brought up in the right courts etc. But if you have something that you want me to publish, about the problems with Arvato in Mexico, then I think it's ok for me to publish it, even if there isn't that many people that are reading on my blog yet, but maybe they will be more people reading in the future, if I write more in English etc. We'll see. Wikileaks = sprøyt?

Altså, hvis man leser den e-posten, fra Assange og Wikileaks, i den nest forrige bloggposten:

Så skriver han det, at Wikileaks var truet, av amerikansk etterretning.

Og han skriver, at deres kamp for å få publisert blant annet arbeidssaker, kan bli truet av dette.

Men Wikileaks har for eksempel ikke publisert min arbeidssak, (såvidt jeg vet), mot Bertelsmann, som jeg sendte til dem, for over to år siden, i 2008.

Så man kan lure på om Wikileaks bare driver med sprøyt litt, synes jeg.

Hva er egentlig motivasjonen bak Wikileaks?

Er det bare et 'falsk alibi', det at de publiserer arbeidssaker?

For min arbeidssak, mot Bertelsmann, (som jeg sendte til de, for cirka to og et halvt år siden, i mai 2008), har de ihvertfall ikke publisert.

Så jeg begynner å undre meg litt over dette.

Men men.

Så sånn er det.

Så vi får se hva som skjer.

counterintelligence investigation into WikiLeaks. ``The possibility

that current employees or moles within DoD or elsewhere in the U.S.

government are providing sensitive or classified information to

Wikileaks.org cannot be ruled out''. It concocts a plan to fatally

marginalize the organization. Since WikiLeaks uses ``trust as a

center of gravity by protecting the anonymity and identity of the

insiders, leakers or whisteblowers'', the report recommends ``The

identification, exposure, termination of employment, criminal

prosecution, legal action against current or former insiders,

leakers, or whistlblowers could potentially damage or destroy this

center of gravity and deter others considering similar actions from
