Hi, I'm refering to your letter of 3/9 which I got in the post today. First I want to complain that I've gotten a lot of grey hairs due to your lack of communication, the last couple of days. I signed for a payment on Thursday last week, at the Jobcentre in Aintree. So I should have gotten that payment on Tuesday, but I didn't get it, so now I have no money. My agreement with the Jobcentre in Aintree was that I would hear from Birkenhead and then we would take it from there. But you have broken that agreement. Because I was going to sign on as usual, in the mean-time. But you messed with a payment in the meantime. So that means you have broken an agreement and been doing fraud, (I think I have to say), and made me not get food, and made me get a lot of new grey hair, and you also made me have a protest due to the missing payment/fraud, yesterday. You don't seem to take people serious. It's really no change in my income. I don't get any income from my two small businesses, since they don't earn money yet. So this is really just dumb. I've been told at the Jobcentre in Williamsson Sq., a couple of years ago, that there is no limit on how long I can claim Jobseekers Allowance. I asked about this since I was curious due to the Finance Crises. But now you write about the tax-years 2006 and 2007. I worked at Arvarto, (first for Randstand and then for Arvato), from 2005 to 2006. And then as self-employed untill 2008. So I have been working for many years in the UK. So I have the right to Jobseekers Allowance like I'm from the EU, I've been told by EFTA. What I am supposed to do now? Your missing payment have left me with no money, and I have no income from my two businesses. You punish me for showing initiative, and try to start businesses, I think. My food and electricity is soon running out. What am I supposed to do? How can you make mistakes like this? Hei, jeg ser på det brevet som en avsporing. Det viktige var at Nordea og jeg hadde en avtale om at jeg skulle få beholde kontoen. Da kan man ikke bryte den avtalen senere. Nordea tullet også med meg tidligere i 2006, da deres avdeling på Tveita nektet meg lån på min del av et sameie, i Holmsbu. Og Kredittkassen/Nordea sin minibank slukte mitt minibank-kort på Thorshov, en gang. Og da beklagde ikke Kredittkassen på e-post, de bare sa at man burde ha alternative betalingsmiddel, som person. Og jeg fikk heller ikke billån, av Kredittkassen/Nordea, i 1998. Jeg måtte gå til DNB. (Enda jeg var butikksjef, og bare skulle låne noen få tusen). Og etter at jeg bytta hovedbank til DNB, så ringte en fra Nordea meg på jobben, og sa at 'jeg ville gitt deg lån'. På en rar måte. Så dette er som en kampanje fra Kredittkassen/Nordea. Da jeg studerte det andre året på NHI, på Helsfyr, 1991/92, så gikk jeg i banken til Kredittkassen, på Helsfyr. Og da sa han i kassa fra til ei Siri Ribsskog, (som jeg ikke hadde hørt om engang), at jeg var i banken. Også måtte jeg prate med henne. Kanskje dette er en kampanje fra Siri Ribsskog, som er i en fjern del av Ribsskog-slekten, i forhold til meg? Jeg vil ha tilbake kontoen min, og få slettet anmerkninger i gjeldsregister og få lån på den eiendommen i Holmsbu. Og få tingene mine fra City Self-storage, (hvor jeg har masse fine og verdifulle ting). Man kan si at Nordea ødela livet mitt omtrent, når de sletta den kontoen, som jeg jo hadde avtalt at jeg skulle få beholde. Så hva de driver med, det kan man lure på. Jeg har bodd i England, siden 2005, og har sendt om dette til bankklagde-myndigheten før, men ikke klart å få noe ut av dette, mye grunnet inkompetanse, frykter jeg. (Eller hva det kan være). Jeg synes også jeg burde få erstatning for dette, ihvertfall noe tilgang til kapital sånn at jeg kan få reddet tingene mine hos City Self-storage, mm. Håper dere kan beordre Nordea til å betale erstatning og gi meg tilbake kontoen min. Eventuelt bare erstatning, så kan jeg prøve å få konto hos en annen norsk bank. Mvh.
