Hei, jeg bor i Storbritannia, og har hatt store problemer, med organisasjoner, som Drammen tingrett, Larvik tingrett, Høyesterett og Domstoladministrasjonen, mens jeg har bodd, i England. Min mormor, Ingeborg Ribsskog, døde, i 2009. Jeg fikk ikke brev fra Larvik tingrett, enda det var kjent, at jeg bodde, i England. (De sendte det til min siste norske adresse. Og det var gården til min onkel Martin og hans samboer Grete Ingebrigtsen, i Kvelde. Hvor jeg jobbet noen måneder, i 2005, og bodde i en liten, uisolert hytte. Så det var bare noe midlertidige greier, for å si det sånn). Så jeg fikk ikke lov å administrere boet, etter min mormor. Enda jeg er eldste barn, av min mor. Og min mor, (som døde i 1999), var min mormors eldste barn. (Og min morfar døde på 80-tallet). Så jeg ble lurt, av Larvik tingrett, vil jeg si. Og har ikke fått arv enda, etter min mormor. Enda dette er fem år siden nå. Jeg har prøvd å klage, til Høyesterett, Sivilombudsmannen og Domstoladministrasjonen. Men ingen har gjort noe. Og så prøvde jeg å få Drammen tingrett, til å oppløse et sameie, som jeg eier en del av, i Holmsbu. Jeg kontaktet namsmannen for Røyken og Hurum, i 2011. De ba meg ringe ei Høysæter, hos Drammen tingrett. Hu ringte jeg samme dag. Og hu sa at hu skulle ordne, med oppløsing av sameie. (Alså å selge eiendommen Bergstø, på det åpne markedet, (tvangsauksjon). Og så sende meg pengene, for min prosent-del, av eiendommen. Og eiendommer i Holmsbu, er verdt mye penger. Og dette er snakk om fire-fem bygninger på en stor tomt, og det er strandlinje også, som følger med. Så her kan min del være verdt mye penger, selv om jeg ikke er den som eier mest, i sameiet. Men jeg har trengt penger, til offentlig skifte, i arveoppgjøret etter min mormor, blant annet. Men Drammen tingrett har bare surra. De har bedt meg ringe tilbake, seinere på dagen, (når jeg har prøvd å purre). Og så har de ikke svart telefonen, når jeg har ringt. Og jeg lurer på om de også har latt ei yngre dame, late som at hu er Høysæther, når jeg har ringt. For hu var så rar i målet, og hørtes ikke norsk-født ut, vil jeg si. Så det er mye rart. Instanser som Sivilombudsmannen, Høyesterett og Domstoladministrasjonen. De bare ignorerer meg, virker det som. Så jeg prøver nå å sende om dette, til EFTA. Jeg så på EFTA sine nettsider, at du var fra Norge. Så da kunne jeg skrive på norsk, tenkte jeg. Sender også kopi, til en generell e-post-adresse, hos EFTA. Jeg ringte EFTA, for noen år siden, i forbindelse med en annen sak. Og da prata jeg med ei norsk EFTA-dame, som holdt til i Brussel, var det vel. Det var vel i 2008/2009 deromkring, vel. Elin Bjerkebo, virker det som at navnet var, når jeg søker, på bloggen min. Og jeg klagde også en del, på ei islandsk ei, som het Linda Bjørk Sigurdardottir, var det vel. Men det var på tidligere saker, mener jeg å huske. Så jeg prøver å sende en formell klage, på høyesterett, (blant annet), må man vel si at det blir, nå. Håper dette er i orden! Mvh. Og deres datter Rahel nevnes også der. Og min søster Pia og meg, ble sendt til Sveits, sommeren 1987, av vår far, (som tenåringer). Og da var vi på besøk, hos Ellen og Rahel, (i Aesch, ved Basel), i snaue to uker vel, og vi var også på en dagstur, (med buss en vei og Reto kjørte tilbake), på besøk hos Reto, som bodde i et slags kollektiv, i en slags middelalder-borg, eller noe vel, en halvtimes busstur, fra Aesch, (Rahel som er født i 1978, visste veien, selv om hu da bare var ni år gammel vel). Og etter dette, så bodde Ellen i Sveits, fram til 2007 cirka, (var det vel). Da skrev min mormor Ingeborg, et brev til meg, (her i England), om sin 90 års-dag, (var det vel). Og hun skrev det, at Ellen inngikk 'hippie-ekteskap', med Diderik Beichmann. Så Ellen bodde i Sveits, (såvidt jeg kan forstå det), fra 1972 til 2007. Altså i 35 år. Så at hu skal bare flytte tilbake til Norge, og rappe arven min, etter å ha bodd så og si hele sitt liv i Sveits. Det synes jeg at er merkelig, at domstolene i Norge, tillater. Men det er også spørsmålet. Hvem var far til Ellen sin mongolide sønn Joakim, som var født i 1969, (sånn som jeg husker det). Hvis Reto og Ellen ble gift, i 1972, så var jo Joakim cirka tre år gammel, på den tida. Onkel Martin, fortalte meg det, da jeg bodde noen måneder, på gården Løvås, i 2005. At hans far Johannes, hadde sagt til han, under oppveksten. At hvis han ikke lot nabo-ungjentene, på Hurumlandet, (hvor de da bodde), være i fred. Så truet Johannes med å skyte seg, sa Martin. Så kan Martin da ha endret sin oppmerksomhet, over til sin fire år eldre, (og blonde), storesøster, Ellen? Hun fikk en mongolid sønn, (Joakim), med mørkt hår, (som Martin), i 1969. Og kan Joakim ha blitt mongo, siden at foreldrene, (muligens Ellen og Martin), var søsken? Dette lurer jeg på nå. Da blir det enda mer feil, å gi boet, til disse pervoene, vil jeg si. De blir nok da, som et gammelt ektepar, og tuller med de andre arvingene, (spesielt meg). Dette vil jeg klage på. Mvh. Så dere får kanskje høre med Didrik Beichmann, om han kan passe litt bedre på tante Ellen. Siden hu sender så mange veldig rare e-poster. Kanskje de burde formalisere dette hippie-ekteskapet sitt, i et konvensjonelt ekteskap. Men det er kanskje for mye forlangt. (I've gone to commerce and office-school in Norway, and there we learned about things like this). Also, your representative mentions 'deadline' in his first letter. But the word deadline should be used in-house, I think. And not towards jobseekers/clients. So it's like your representative think I work at the Jobcentre, I think. I also have to say again that I think he tried to cloud a lot of stuff, in his first letter, and tried to make a post it-note, which said that the allowance would be delayed, if my later was delayed. He tried to dramatice, the content in that post it-note. And make it seem like a threat about that my allowance could be stopped, if I sent the letter on a Friday instead of a Thursday. (Even if I thought I had five days to send the letter. Since I'm used with from commerce and office-school, that the focus is on the day one put the letter in the post-case. And I have been a bit tired, (like when I wrote that letter), since I havn't been eaten that much, when the Jobcentre have stopped my allowance, for no good reason, (or if it was that you got me arrested, and you also stole my computer). It's like you have a crusade against me, I think. Since I'm not a Christian, or something. I have the Order of St. John, in my line, in Norway. (Bjørn Humblen, my fathers step-daughters half-brother). And the Jobcentre-director is Ian Marshal, who's first-name is a version of John. Could it be the Order of St. John who mess with me, I wonder. Some days I get 2-4 letters from you, by the way. (This has happened on several occations in the last week. It's like you try to drown me in work, I think. And then you say I work more than sixteen hours a week. That's like a Catch 22, like in the novel, by Joseph Heller, I think it is). So your representative is a 'drama-queen', I think, (like the Aravato-managers use to say, about staff like that). First you stop my jobseekers-allowance for no good reason. Then you start it again. And now you have stopped it again. I found roller-coasters amusing when I was a child. And not as an adult, when it comes to my income. A week or two back I was more or less starving due to your cruel and unreasonable stop in my Jobseekers Allowance. Now you want to put more grey hairs into my hair and starve me again, it seems. For no reason at all. You don't give a reason for you terror against me. People who are this cruel shoud work with putting spread on sandwiches. They shouldn't be in power and distroy peoples life. Please stop this madness and let me have my Jobseekers Allowance untill I find a new job. I've showed you my jobseekers-diary every fourthnight since I became unemployed. Hi,

yes, I copy all these e-mails, to my Landlord, (like you probably can see), so they know what's going on.

There was also another episode, at around 2.30 PM today.

When I was going to the Jobcentre, in Aintree, for my sign-on-meeting.

And then, the mentioned neighbor survailed, the Court.

And started talking to me, through the letter-box, in his door.

I didn't understand what he was saying, at all.

He opened the door, and said some stuff, which I didn't understand, at all.

So I just told him to take his tablets.

(Since he has mentioned his tablets earlier.

So I guess he has some kind of disease, that makes him speak un-clear, when he isn't taking his tablets.

Something like this).

So I just tell him to remember to take his tablets now.

I then went to the city centre, after I had been, at the Jobcentre.

And I thought about sending you an update-email, from the Central Library.

But the World Museum, (where the central library has been the last year or so, I think).

They told me, that 'their' library was closed.

And the closest was now in Toxteth.

(Until the new libary opens, on 17/5, the museum-woman said).

Is it right that it is now no central library, for many weeks?

Or where the World Museum just joking?

The museum info-woman wondered if I wanted the library-times, for Toxteth and Kensington.

But when I asked her were the new enterance, for the new library, was going to be.

Then she just said they didn't run the library.

The Council did, we agreed.

So I send about this to you now.

I noticed that it said 'library' on the facade, of a building, (of Scotland Rd, in the City Centre), when I took the bus.

So I thought the new library had opened.

But couldn't find the enterance-door, and asked in the World Museum; (since they used to have this library).

Just something I thought about at the moment.

I didn't want to go straight home, after the Jobcentre-meeting.

Since this mentioned neighbor, is very aggressive, at the moment, I think.

When I got home, the electricity-cabinet, stood wide open.

(I've earlier reported to my Landlord, that this cabinet isn't possible to lock).

And some square, white material of some kind, had been put, through the letter-hole, in my door.

So I guess it could have been the mentioned neighbor, that had gone bananas.

Who knows.

I just write about that, in this e-mail.

I don't want to have a war, with this 'mad cows disease'-neighbor, (I think I almost have to call him).

I thought this was a medical problem, and that the neighbor has mad cows disease, or something.

But I just woke up now, and it seems the neighbor is acting like a criminal now.

I sleep with my window open, to get fresh air.

And I suddently heard load screaming, and went to look out the window.

And then the 'mad cows disease'-guy, went towards the street again.

I wonder why he goes on my door, all the time.

(And asks silly questions).

And was also alarmed by the screaming.

So I took some photographs.

The other guy then came back with some milk.

(I guess he must have been to a local shop.

Since he wasn't gone long).

Then the 'milk-guy' said to the old guy, that the old guy was a 'scrub'.

That the old guy smelled down the place.

(Something like this).

And that he knocked on his door, all the time.

And that if he had done that on the street, he would have knocked him down.

(Something like this).

The young 'milk-guy' then went to his flat.

And the old guy followed him, and showed him a key, (or something), and said he would smash his car.

(Or something like that).

So the old guy just pretends he has mad cows disease, I think.

He's really a criminal, (or something), I think.

If I send crime-reports to the Police, then they never reply.

I've sent them lot's of crime-reports regarding personalised harassing e-mails, which I really get a lot of, in periods, for some reason.

But the Police never reply.

But I send a copy e-mail to the Norwegian embassy, since I'm from Norway.

And I attach the photographs I took, after I got out of my bed, due to the mentioned noise.

I also sent you a second update about this, at 10.21 AM yesterday.

Since I think you reply to the first update, (in the subject-line, in your e-mail, from today).

I've now tried to let calling-phone hang out of the calling-mounting, on the wall.

To try to turn the calling off, since the neighbour is on my door, 'all the time', with silly questions.

I'm not sure if this is why I haven't been woken up today.

Perhaps this makes the calling not work.

When I lived in Oslo, I had to cut of the wire, to the calling, since the door-bell-panel, by the enterance, to the building, (owned by my employer ICA), that I lived in, was distroyed, (for months or if it was years), so visitiors would always press 'all' the door-bells, without knowing who's door-bell it was.

So I had to cut of the wire to the calling there, in the end, since people I didn't know, called on my calling, all the time.

I hope I don't have to do that here, due to this 'crazy' neighbour.

We'll see.

What comes to my mind, is the guy at the end of the movie 'Hair', who is being tricked to go to fight in the Vietnam-war. Was I set up like that? Because I've read that the company providing this programme, (Ingeus), is 'satanic', on the internet. When I lived in Sunderland, I got a job that was specially constructed for me, by some private company, it seemed. I didn't find that application-process to be transparent. I've read that there should be opennes and transparency, in society. I couldn't find much of that, to do with that job. Slavery and exploitation comes to mind, rather than transparcency. Also I went to an Ingeus-meeting, here in Livepool some months ago. There were swarming with police-officers outside and inside of the building Ingeus are at now, (after they moved from the Corn Exchange, if I remember it right). Also, a fire-alarm was started in the midle of a meeting. Without anyone reacting. I was told I was going to get to see a business _advisor_, but it turned out to be a business _coach_. I've gone to business-school and think this must be something 'new age'. And also, like we say in Norway, one should call 'a spade a spade'. Here an advicer was really a coach. That's not to call a spade a spade, like we say in Norway. Also, there were no founding for marketing on this programme. (Which was what I wanted advice about). I think I've been wrongly put on a satanic/New Age-programme here, it seems. Could I rather get to go on a conventional self employed programme outside the Work Programme, please? (Since it seems I've been put on the Work Programme wrongly, as part of some plot, or such). Hope this is alright! How can one be a hobby and the other a part-time-job? I think this is very strange, I think that when you say the web-shop is a hobby, then you have to say the self-publishing is a hobby, as well. Hi, well I hadn't asked for it to be delivered in two shipments. I want to escalate this complaint please. I hadn't asked for it to be expedited eighter. And this was your suggestion, to send the books, and not mine. I thought it was very annoying that I was woken up two days because of these books. I want to escalate this. You don't care about people here. You are inconsiderate here. It's not like I got these boxes in a mail-box, but I got people on my door, waking me up. It's a difference here, I think.
