Mer fra Bekkestua

Nå var jeg ute for å kaste søpla og ta inn posten.

Og ingen av rest-avfall-lukene, på 'Mars-søppelkassene', (fra Fredrikstad-firmaet Total vel), virka.

Og mens jeg prøvde å åpne de, (man skal bruke en RFID/nøkkel-brikke), så dukka det opp noen folk, nede i lia, som skulte på meg.

De trodde muligens at jeg gjorde noe galt, siden at disse 'Mars-søppelkassene' ikke virka.

(Hva vet jeg).

Jeg måtte åpne en luke for mat-avfall.

Og så slenge søppelposene veggimellom inni 'Mars-skuret'.

(For å slippe å ta med meg søpla inn igjen).

Batteriene har vært sånn, på 'Mars-søppelkassene', i flere dager/uker.

Men døra har vært ulåst.

Så man har kunnet hive søpla likevel, (uten å bruke nøkkelbrikke).

Men at godtfolk vil ha noe sånn dritt, som disse 'Mars-søppelkassene'.

Det lurer jeg på.

Hvordan klager man på at batteriene i søppelkassa ikke virker.

Nei, det blir som noe dumt å si.

(Må man vel si).

Så at man absolutt skal ha rarere og rarere løsninger, for hvert år, i dette landet.

(Istedet for å ha vanlige søppelkasser, for eksempel).

Det kan man lure på, vil jeg si.

Så sånn er nok det.

Bare noe jeg tenkte på.

Jeg har forresten sett et TV-program, (på VGTV), om søppel-sortering.

Og der kunne man se, at på kommunen/fylket sitt søppel-anlegg.

(Det heter visst Haraldrud.

Sier de i videoen).

Så sorterte noen maskiner ut de grønne matavfall-posene.

Så det er mulig, at det bare er, å hive rest-avfallet, (som Rimi kalte det, (hvor jeg jobba som leder fra 1994 til 2004)), i matavfall-søppeldunkene.

(Og ikke prøve å hive de veggimellom, inne i 'Mars-skuret'.

Sånn som jeg gjorde i går).

Og så vil fylket/kommunen sine søppel-sorterings-maskiner fikse dette.

(Sånn var det ikke i Rimi, (for eksempel).

Hvor mat-avfallet gikk til dyrefor.

Og hvor man absolutt ikke skulle blande mat-avfallet og rest-avfallet.

For å si det sånn).

Men dette under-kommuniseres isåfall, på 'Mars-søppelkassa', hvor de har noen skilt/tegninger, på lukene, for rest-avfall og mat-avfall.

(Hvis det var mulig å skjønne noe av det.

Det er kanskje lurt å holde dette med søppel litt mer jordnært, (uten masse nøkkel-brikke-låser osv.).

Sånn at det er mulig, å forklare om ting rundt søpla, (uten at folk faller av).

For å si det sånn.

Og man må vel heller ikke glemme de snus-fornuftige, (og alt det tullet de kan tenkes å finne på, i forbindelse med dette).

Eller hvordan man skal forklare det).

Så sånn er nok det.

Bare noe jeg tenkte på.

Og der skreiv jeg, at det er feil bruk, av personopplysnings-loven, når dere bruker den, for å beskytte de kriminelle, i en identitetstyveri-sak.


Så det må jeg klage på.


Jeg skrev også, at siden dere er del av Qliro, så blir det som at dere sender meg rundt som en kasteball, når dere vil, at jeg også skal ha kontakt med Qliro.


Det er jo samme firma/konsern, for å si det sånn.


Så det må jeg også klage på.


Så det er kanskje sånn, at noen hos Qliro konsern, burde se på dette.


(Jeg ønsker som sagt å få vite navnet, på det trollet, som bestiller dritt, i mitt navn.


Og jeg ønsker å bli informert om, hvilke bedre rutiner, som dere skal skaffe dere, for å hindre at noe lignende skjer igjen, med andre borgere/folk).


Dere burde kanskje ikke kalle både deres konsern og betalingstjeneste for Qliro.

Gällande informationen får vi som företag inte dela med oss av information om en annan person till dig, särskilt när det rör sig om brott vilket det gör i detta fallet. Vi delar endast denna information med Polisen och det gör vi så fort du polisanmält händelsen och polisen hör av sig till oss. Jag förstår att det är ett frustrerande besked och jag förstår dig helt och hållet, men samtidigt är jag mån om att vi som bolag följer de regler som GDPR innebär och då måste vi tyvärr säga nej till dig i frågan om att ge ut uppgifter om personen som utsatt dig för detta. Om du polisanmält händelsen kommer polisen höra av sig till oss och sen kommer vi efter bästa förmåga hjälpa dem att få fast bedragaren/trollet.  


 


Det är helt normalt att ha många frågor i ett sånt här fall, så tveka inte på att höra av dig om det är något du undrar över så ska jag se till att du får ett svar så snabbt som möjligt.

Apologies you feel that way, I am simply trying to get the relevant information.


You have advised that someone has used your details however I cannot see any orders under your name or email address.


If you believe a fraudulent order has been placed using your details please could you provide me with more information so I am able to look into this further.


Please could you advise that date and time payment was taken & the amount please could you also advise what payment method was used e.g credit / debit card or PayPal.


We have the relevant security measures in place however if someone has stolen your details from another place this is not something we would be aware of or unable to stop.


I would strongly advise contacting the relevant department if you believe your details have been stolen e.g. your bank provide or PayPal (if it is PayPal I would advise changing your password).


I am happy to assist however I require more information in relation to the issue.

i min forrige mail, så ba jeg om, at dette, skulle sendes, til en overordnet.


Jeg kan ikke se at det har skjedd.


Så dette må jeg klage på.


(Jeg flytta til utlandet, i slutten av juli 2017.


Men at jeg skal ha tastet inn personnummer, for å opprette en profil, hos en nettbutikk, det synes jeg, at høres litt rart ut.


Også at dere utlodder bursdag-gavekort, som bare gjelder, hvis man handler, for mer enn 300 kroner.


Det synes jeg også, at høres rart ut.


Da er det ikke det helt store.


Og som sagt tidligere, så har jeg sjekka min e-post-konto, (som jeg har hatt, siden 2005).


Og jeg finner ingen mailer fra dere, som er eldre, enn fra i år.


Så dette lurer jeg litt på.

Navnet Sari var det vanligste jentenavnet i 1979 da jeg ble født. Men gøy å høre at du har møtt noen med samme navn som det for 30 år siden.


Vi har allerede slettet hele profilen som ønsket, slik at vi ikke kan se noen datoer lenge når vi har sendt e-post. Det kan være at du ikke ønsket å annonsere e-post fra oss og derfor ikke har mottatt noen.

Återigen vi beklagar om du inte minns detta som hände 3 år sedan men med tanke på att det är samma e-postadress och andra korrekta uppgifter på kontot, vet jag inte hur vi annars skulle kunna ha fått dina uppgifter utan att du själv har varit på hemsidan och tittat på varor i samband med att ha skapat profilen. 


Som sagt, inget order är gjort så vi kan inte se mer än informationen nedan.

The problem is, that some trolls, are ordering lots of stuff, (and registering false accounts), in my name, (or in 'funny' versions of my name), on the internet.


And that is also the problem here, it seems.


I want to know the name of the troll, who has registered these accounts, in my name.


And I want to know which better routines that you're going to start with, so to avoid that this problem happens again.

You should let the Mateo-manager-women reply, (and clean this up), like I've told you before.

(I want to know the name of the troll who has ordered this in my name.

And I want to know which better routines that you're going to start with to avoid that this problem happens again to other people).

I think I've been in contact with about ten Play Asia-staff about this
now.


I doesn't matter if your customer service-department is open around the

clock, if you are very dis-organised, I think.


You just send my cases to random people each time, it seems.


So this I wanted to complain about.


Because that's very poor customer-service, I'd say.

You should let your manager reply, I think.

I think I've been in contact with about ten Play Asia-staff about this
now.


I doesn't matter if your customer service-department is open around the
clock, if you are very dis-organised, I think.


You just send my cases to random people each time, it seems.


So this I wanted to complain about.


Because that's very poor customer-service, I'd say.
