Dear Mr Ribsskog Your reference: EN-97819 (Please quote in any future correspondence) I write further to my email of 26 November 2010 regarding your complaint about the Tax Office, which is part of HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) and the subsequent review by the Adjudicator’s Office. In order to determine whether, or to what extent, we are able to help you, we will need to review all of the papers related to your complaint. Additionally, only an MP can make a complaint to us (on your behalf) about government departments, agencies or organisations, and we cannot consider your complaint until an MP has asked us to do so.
