Yes, it is your fault, since you don't do anything for months, when I tell you, that the washing- machine needs to be replaced. And then you send someone to fix it, after two months, even if I've told you, that a company has been here, and looked at it, and says that the washing-machine needs to be replaced. So you send workers to fix things that has to be replaced. That's like sending repair-men to fix a house that has burned down, it's ridiculus. So please grow up Lorna, because tenants aren't supposed to go on for months without washing-machines, or for years without boilers, like I've done now.
