Hi,
I send this to you, since I've had problems with my local Citizens Advice, earlier.
My Landlord, insists on making house-calls, to collect the rent.
I want to pay in the bank, because they always change the arrangement, for the date and time, of the house-call.
So it's like I have to prepare for house-calls, the whole month.
It's stressing, I think.
Also, the way I have to throw the garbage, is degrading, I think.
I have to walk past a beer-garden, and use the bin-room that belongs to Lady of Mann restaurant and Rigbys pub, in Dale St., Liverpool.
So I have to walk past a lot of fancy dressed people.
I can sometimes see the anger in their faces when they see me interrupt their meal.
I've complained to the Council, but they don't do anything.
Is it right that my Landlord should be allowed to harass me like this?
They also harass me at my local CAB.
So I'm sending this to you.
I attach pictures of the text-messages, between me and my landlord, earlier today.
It's true I owe them some rent, but this was from I was self-employed and under-paid, (working on behalf of Packaging Europe, in Norwich).
But, I've always kept them up to date.
They never fixed my washing-machine, so I had to buy one from Argos.
After that, they've insisted on making house-calls.
But they never come, when they say, so it get's tense and stressing, I think.
Since it's almost like a full-time job, keeping the appartment ready, for when the next house-call is, because, then they only give some hours notice, after breaking the initial agreement.
So I hope you can please give some advice, on how to solve this.
Best regards,
Erik Ribsskog
