Let me authenticate myself First: I worked for Arvato in Valencia...Commerce office. I started as a RSC in the MSPP (Microsoft Partner Program) certified gold, Sae...The main number. I was then a floor lead for that department for about 2 years...I then went out on stress disability leave and went to the MAPS department. (Microsoft Action Pack) as a lead. A month before I went to MAPS the twp departments attempted to merge...I say attempted because when I got to MAPS it took about 2 minutes to see they new nothing about the MSPP department...Yet were representing it in ways that could and did cost the company a lot of money. It was of no fault of the CSR's or floor leads..The floor lead were Maps..That is what they new..The only reason it shocked scared me was because I came from MSPP so I new MSPP...There is so much to this story it would stun you. I have 4 pages of facts...all proven facts....Microsoft would fall over if they even new 1 of them. I have more that 15... So one question, Do you think that the information you gave me would be the correct route? Meaning... Can they even take a case from Los Angeles? So if you want feel free to call the Valencia Arvato.. My Name is Kathy Graboyes..You can just verify employment.. (keep in mind though I have not worked there in about three years..all part of the story..I went back they were afraid I was going to sue them... then was going to go back again and someone stuck a no-rehire on my file....That has been fixed (taken out) as they said opps sorry......but kinda wondered for over a year why I would not get jobs I was more than qualified for... Let me know what else you need to be comfortable. Can you do me a favor and not attach this to your blog yet.. If they can't take me on then it is makes no sense...My story is really big and really damaging to Arvato. .I really just want justice they have sunk my family and seriously damanged mentally so many people I lost count... Also, I am not clear..are you an ex-employee...are you pursuing with the above and what the heck it is fun, sad but fun to share stories.
