Hi, thank you for your e-mail! I have already been speaking with your phone-team, about this, but without getting this resolved. I'm trying to find a job and I have some property in Norway, which I'm trying to sell. So I'll get the money soon, I reackon. In the mean-time, I can offer to pay £5 a month, (like I e.g. pay to Scottish Power). Hope this is alright!
