I've moved from my address in Liverpool now, to study at the University of Sunderland.


So I don't need the landline or broadband now, but I want to keep the Flickr-account, since I have a lot of important files on that, for my blog.

Thanks for the e-mail you sent yesterday (05/09/2011) about retaining the e-mail address and setting up direct debt for the same.

I am sorry for any confusion regarding retaining the e-mail address and setting up direct debt for the same. I have checked your account and would like to inform your BT account is still active at the address "Flat 3, 5 Leather Lane". The e-mail address will be active till the account is active. The account is currently on cash / cheque

Please let us know if you want to close the BT services at the above mentioned address and retain the e-mail address.

I would like to inform you that the account is on unlimited evening and weekend calling plan and broadband option 3 with a 12 months contract. The phone contract will end on 20/03/2012 and the broadband contract will end on 14/04/2012. If you wish to stop the services with BT, then I would suggest you to contact us atleast 14 days in advance from the date you want to stop the services. I would further like to inform that if the account is stopped within the contract period then there will be cancellation charges for the balance period of the contract. Hi,
well I've canceled the old direct debit, since I've moved now.
I wanted a new Direct Debit set up now, for the £1.50 a month.
I haven't got a landline-phone here at the university and I'm out of credit,
on my mobile, so I would prefer to deal with this in writing, on e-mail.
