Hi,
I have complained about the PSD to you.
If they contact me through the hostel, then I think it's something wrong.
They are suposed to investigate the Police and not me.
How have they gotten that phone-number when I haven't given it to them.
They must have investigated me.
So I've escalated that complaint to the IPCC.
(You have previously told me I can complain to you about PSD.
That's you role, in society, as I've understood it).
The reason I send the crime-reports to you, is because I have a Police-complaint-case.
Then I don't have any confidence in the police.
(Or the PSD, like I've explained above).
I think you have gotten these things wrong.
Could I ask you to send this to your line-manager for his/her opinion please?
Sincerely,
Erik Ribsskog

Dear Mr Ribsskog
I acknowledge receipt of your emails.
If you would like to report a criminal matter, you will need to contact the police directly. The IPCC cannot assist with your claims that someone has signed up to websites using your details, you will need to report this to the police.
I note that you have concerns about the Professional Standards Department contacting you at the hostel you are staying in, if you wish for the police to contact you by other means, you will need to inform them of your preferred method of contact.
Kind regards
Laura Bailey
