Hi, which complaint is this? There has been a couple of complaints which I both have sent to the IPCC, after the Northumbria Police PSD contacted me on a phone-number I hadn't given them. So what this is about, I don't know. You don't mention a reference in your e-mail so it isn't easy to understand what this is about.
