Hi,
I tried that option earlier today, with the secure messages.
But the website didn't want to let me set up an account for these messages, (for some reason).
I wonder if you have a proper e-mail address which I could send to.
In your last letter, you only gave me seven days, to get back to you.
I live at a lodge, (after two unfair, 'gestapo-like' evictions, in Liverpool and Sunderland), and here I don't get the post more often than once a week, normally.
So I couldn't reply to you within seven days this time.
Just to mention that while I remember this.
Maybe my account with you have been moved to another department due to the delay, from the lodge I live at, (Azalea Lodge), with the post?
This lodge doesn't have a reception and a manager here tickles me, when I stand in the office-door.
(A big guy, which I think is gay).
And it's a small office with often up to four people in.
It's like a meeting then, I think if I go into the office.
And I haven't got a post-rutine explaned.
The week before last, I got a letter by the House Manager, Lorraine.
She said they had been knocking on my door.
I think this sounds strange.
I'm a veteran from the infantery and am used with waking up when there was an alarm.
I think I would have heard knocking on my door.
Perhaps the food doesn't contain enough vitamins, so that staff get small muscles and can't make sound, when knocks?
Beats me.
Just to inform.
I also post about this on my blogg, to explain about my situation as a refugee, in the UK.
Thanks for your e-mail!
Could I please have a 'proper' e-mail address to Capital One?
Regards,
Erik Ribsskog
