I've updated the Jobcentre about my webshop, the whole time. So my complaint is that the Jobcentre have ignored a web-shop I have set up, for many months. When I have this web-shop, I'm really Self-Employed, I think. But the Jobcentre have ignored this, (even if I've explained a lot of times). They should have reflected on this, and then informed me about the arrangements for people who have their own businesses.
