Hi again,
and also I wonder, why is your representative so personal, and only write her first-name, after the salutation, at the end of her e-mail? What kind of culture is this?
This is business and not personal, I think.
Also, why doesn't she include my e-mail in the correspondence?
And, why does she pick on me, it should be enough information in my e-mail for you to do your job.
I think it's a kind of scandal that I have to write an e-mail like this, to EFTA, explaining about the difference between private and business-correspondence.

Subject: Complaint/Fwd: ESA To: Registry@eftasurv.intHi,
I don't like the 'order of St. John'-names, (jens), I have them in my Norwegian relatives.
I want to escalate please. Regards,

Dear Erik,
My name is Rakel Jensdóttir and I work for the Internal
Market Affairs Directorate at the EFTA Surveillance Authority (ESA). I just
received an email from you, dated 10 February, concerning your right to sell a co-owned
property located in Norway. In order for me to understand the details of
your case and why you consider your right under EEA law to be violated I would
like you to send me more information. If possible, it would be best if you
could fill in a complaint form with all the relevant information. Below
is a link to the complaint form:

Best regards,
Rakel
