Hi,
I'm refering to your letter, from 13/2, which I recieved earlier this week.
You write that I owe you £498.21, in council-tax.
I've written to you earlier and explained that this council-tax was from when I worked as self-employed, on behalf of Packaging Europe, in Norwich, in 2007 and 2008, when I was under-paid, (I think I have to say), and should have recieved Income Support.
You have told me that my Income Support-claim was 'out of date', without explaining how the rules are for claims like this.
To just say that claims like this are 'out of date', I think is just childish.
You threaten my with court-proceedings, which I think is a scandal, since I have explained to you, that I really should have gotten income support, at this time, from when your council-tax-clam dates.
So I wanted to comlain about this again.
I've tried to send about this to the UN, etc., but they don't reply eighter.
But I'm trying to update them again.
Please tell me where I can find the laws which say that my income-support-claim, (which I've sent about a couple of years ago now, to you, I think it must be), is 'out of date'.
Regards,
Erik Ribsskog
