Hi again,
I've also gotten a letter from the Council now, dated 3/8, regarding this debt.
But I just ignore that letter now then, due to that we agreed about what to do with this debt, after that letter was sent.
So I just throw that letter now.
Just to update about this.
Best regards, Erik Ribsskog

ok, I wasn't aware of that the Housing Benefit was being paid to my landlord. I can't see that I've gotten some documentation about that.
But if you tell me this is alright, then that's very fine.
Then I don't have to worry about this any more.
I have enough other things to worry about. I'll update you and the jobcentre when I find a new job and can pay the bills my self.
Thanks again for the update about this!
Best regards,
Erik Ribsskog

Subject: Re: Update/Fwd: Council Tax arrears Flat 3,5 Leather Lane,Liverpool,L2 2AE Hi, ok, I moved from Fairfield to Walton, in the middle of May.
Perhaps that's what the Jobcentre means?
It sounds ok that you send about this to the Jobcentre again. I didn't understand what caused this move of debt, but I guess the explanation is that I moved address.
I guess I'll hear from the Council regarding the Housing Benefit.
I'll think it's strange that this takes long time.
But it's probably a reasonable explanation for this as well.
Thanks for helping me clear up about what caused this move of debt!
Regards,

Subject: Update/Fwd: Council Tax arrears Flat 3,5 Leather Lane,Liverpool,L2 2AE Hi again, this debt was untill quite recently deducted from my Jobseekers Allowance with in the region of £7 a fourthnight.
I'm wondering what happened since suddently you are writing me e-mails about this debt.
(I can't remember asking about this).
Also, is this some kind of warfare from the Council since I've complained about your gym, Lifestyles, to the LGO once?
You also seem to be slow with my Housing Benefit-aplication, (from May, which haven't been sorted yet, as far as I understand). ---------- Forwarded message ----------

Hi,
I'm on a budget in co-operation with the CCCS.
And I usually only offer a token-payment of £1 to my creditors.
This is something called a token-payment.
And this is only untill I get a new job.
This is how the CCCS has adviced me to deal with my situation as un-employed.
To make it more clear that this is only a token-payment-offer, I'll reduce my payment-offer to £1 a month, from next month.
Hope this is easier to understand now!
Yours sincerely,
