Hi,
I hope they deal with it seriously then.
It says on your tickets that one should be there ten minutes before
the bus departs.
So I asked about the bus, around 10.50 PM.
And your info-representative pointed at the bus at Stand 6.
(Even if it said Stand 3 on your TV's).
Then the teatrical bus-driver dragged a group of people with him to Stand 6.
A bus to Bradford appeared at Stand 3.
(But I guess this must have been the Liverpool-bus with the wrong sign on).
Also it says 'Bay 3' where the buses are, but 'Stand 3', on your TV's.
So this seemed a bit 'dodgy', I remember thinking.
Perhaps you should move out of Leeds Bus Station, and get your own
building, in Leeds.
With uniformed staff, (I couldn't see that your third world info-guy
was wearing a uniform).
Just an advice.
