Hi,

I'm refering to you letter from 15/4 which I received yesterday.

You write I have arrears of £329.55.

But I've been unemployed since the end of 2008, and my situation has
been the same all the time since then.

So it shouldn't be any reason for the Council to not pay all the
Housing Benefit for this year.

So I copy this e-mail to them.

Also, regarding the Service Charge.

You usually specify how much of the service charge which the Council
should pay, and how much I should pay.

In your letter from earlier this year, regarding the new service charges.

Then you didn't specify how much I should pay each week, (for the
communal gas, which was included in the Housing Benefit earlier if I'm
not mistaking), in service charges.

So if you could please specify this amount, so I'm sure I'm sending
you the right amount.

(I've tried to use a letter from the Council to see the service charge
I'm supposed to pay, but I would have wanted it straight from the
horses mouth so to speak, that is from LHT).
