Hi,

this letter, which I received today, (which I attached a scanned copy
of), I don't understand much of.

It says: 'Thank you for your e-mail sent via the Jobcentre Plus
'Contact Us' website done on the 12/06/14'.

I haven't sent any e-mails to JCP from their website.

(I would have remembered, I think).

I usually use my e-mail-programme, (g-mail), to send e-mails.

I think 'web-mail' is a bit 'lunefull', (like we say in Norway), since
one don't know if one get a copy e-mail or not, when one use it.

And why would I use web-mail when I can use e-mail?

(When I use e-mail I get a copy of the e-mail in my e-mail-programme.

And can letter see what writings I've sent.

If I need to).

Also, the date of the letter is '24th July 2014'.

But that's next month.

When I studied at an academy named NHI, (Norwegian College of
Information Technology), in 1991/92.

Then I had a subject called Quality-Assurance.

Organisations can get ISO-certification, which they get, if they're
routines, are quality-assured.

Why haven't the Jobcentre gotten an ISO-certification, I was wondering.

Surely you must have an Office Manager who are responsible here.

This letter I wanted to complaint about.

And while I'm at it, the signature looks strange.

It looks like it's just a 'krusedull', (like we say, in Norway).

I've earlier complained to ICE.

And I've gotten replies from you, that aren't replies about that you
are finished processing my complaint.

But you have started mentioning, that you want to split my complaint,
into 'elements'.

In some kind of in-house process that you have, it seems.

Could you please not contact me about your 'elements', to do with this
complaint.

I just want you to deal with my complaint in a conventional way, please.

I hope this is alright.

Blir også utsatt for mye nettmobbing, mm. johncons-blogg, (og mine memoarer og nettbutikk), er kjent fra TV-programmet Tweet4Tweet, i 2012, (selv om jeg måtte klage, for programmet var veldig useriøst/nedlatende, mm.).
