Hi,
I'm refering to your letter from 8/7, which I attach a scanned copy of.
You write you haven't received my letter.
But I have now gone through some files, that I was going to file, in
my organiser.
And I have found four proof of postage-receipts.
So one can see, that this is something that only could happen, in a
country, in a war-zone, in Africa.
That the letters gets missing, all the time.
You didn't send me my allowance, this spring, (around £200), even if I
had taken a photo, of when I posted the letter.
And I linked to this photo, (on my blog), but you ignored the evidence.
Also, you later stopped my allowance, and that's with DWP still.
(This is also to do with around £200).
Then, you stopped my allowance again.
(After someone had sent a sabotage e-mail, it seems, to JCP and
Liverpool City Council.
Claiming they were me.
And that I wanted my claim stopped.
I informed you ASAP that this was a case of criminal impersonation, against me.
But JCP ignored this, and a week or two adviced me, in an e-mail, to
make a rapid reclaim.
And now, in a second letter I got from you, this week, you say I've
claimed to late, for the days, which were inbetween the impersonation
attack and the rapid reclaim).
Also, your collegue Agnieszka, at Norwich JCP call-centre, said I
would get these around £100, a week ago, on Wednesday.
So why did she lie?
And also, were are the around £140 I was supposed to get on Tuesday this week.
(See proof of postage, from 3/7).
My creditors and myself wonder about this.
And also, JCP are taking me to court, for some harassment-emails, that
I haven't written.
I really can't find words, for all these problems, to do with
jobseeking, here in the UK.
Erik Ribsskog
PS.
I also see that you write in your letter, that I should send this to
Noel Shanahan, DWP Director General Operations.
But I thought the problem with the missing letters, should be
explained about, at your office, as well.
And also were is my allowance for the days 20/6 to 3/7.
I didn't get any jobseekers allowance, in June.
The last payment before Wednesday, was in May, (week 21).
I have had to look for coins, on the street, and buy spagetti-packs,
for 20 pence, at Tesco, to survive, the last week.
And also this has been a bit to litle energy, it seems, because some
mornings, I've been feeling like my body really had died, during the
night.
So my body was like 'regor mortis', I think it's called.
And also, you have banned me from my five closest jobcentres.
If I need a voucher for the food bank.
Then I need to walk for around one hour.
And if I walk for aound one hour to Williamsson Sq. Jobcentre, then
they tell me to go to Edge Hill Jobcentre.
And if I walk for aound one hour to Edge Hill Jobcentre, then they
tell me to go to Williamsson Sq. Jobcentre.
It's irresponsible to threat dieing/starving people like this, I think.
