I think that's fraud, because your company doesn't really understand the case.
You say, (in court), that my e-mail-account has been hacked.
But it's really something called: 'Spoofing', (if I'm not mistaking), that anyone can do.
People sometimes say: 'Google it'.
And that's perhaps what your company should do.
You should use Google, and search on: 'Spoofing'.
