in my last email I wrote that I wanted a superior (like the Managing Director) to reply about this.
I can't see that that has happened.
So that I have to complain about.
Please send this to the Managing Director now.
(I want to know the name of the internet-troll who has written/ordered this in my name.
And I want to know what you plan to do, to avoid that something similar happens again).

Per my previous emails, in order to assist you appropriately, I need your order number or the email address listed on your account.
We have to be able to pull up the order to look into this.
If you do not have that, if you were charged, please provide a screenshot of any charges.
If this was sent to you, and you have not been charged or haven't placed the order, please provide a photo of the label of the package received and any invoice that was placed inside (if there is one)
Please understand that just like any other online retailer, in order to look up an order, we do need additional details. Unfortunately, your original email, and your follow up email, did not include enough information so that we can appropriately assist you.
I would also like to confirm that I am the customer support manager and am more than willing to assist you. We want to make sure you're taken care of.
