Hi, I heard on the Jobcentre, that you are searching for a Team Leader, so I wanted to please apply to this position. I've had a career, in one of Norway's biggest retail-companies, Rimi, (owned by ICA), and I've been working in that company for twelve years, where of ten years, as a manager, on different levels, from Team Leader, to Shop Manager. I worked as a Shop Manager, in three different Rimi-shops, during a periode of four years. I worked myself up in this company, from the check-out to Shop Manager, so I've been working in a lot of different shops in Oslo, since I've switched shops, when I've been promoted, as part of learning the Rimi organisation/business-system. I've been going to Upper Secondary business-school, in Norway, for three years, on schools that teach a customer-focused way of working. I have Upper Secondary business-school degrees in Office-work, Marketing and IT. I've also been studying IT and business, on university-level, on a private university-college, NHI, in Oslo.
