Hi,
yes, I would like the correspondance, to be in writing.
Since that's from Norway, then I think it's less chance for me being 'overrun', by faster speakers.
Also, I still think Mr. Lee provoked me, by calling me ten minutes before the end of the business hours, and then ridiculed me, by saying that I couldn't speak with then, right after.
That wasn't what this was about.
You say you didn't know when I wanted to be called.
But, you knew I was unemployed, so then I think you should call within the business-hours, since I think ICE-cases, are part of being unemployed, (which then is like my job).
So this I still think, if you know someone are unemployed, then you should call them within the business-hours.
I still don't understand why Mr. Temple didn't do this.
Also, you call people on their mobiles, when they are at Tesco etc.
To discuss an ICE-case.
Do you think it's smart, to discuss an ICE-case over the mobile?
I don't think this is smart, because people don't have their notes with them, in the shop.
So I want you to please escalate this complaint, since I don't think you have explained this good enough.
Best Regards,
Erik Ribsskog
