I think this is harassment-crime.

I send copy e-mails to the PSD since my e-mails are being ignored, by the Northumbria Police, and to the IPCC, since PSD pretend not to understand this, and to the UN, since the IPCC also 'makes themselves stupid', and pretend not to undestand, it seems to me.
